• WWA&N works on a “no cure no pay” basis and will bill the host family only after the arrival of the au pair in the Netherlands.
• WWA&N will apply for the MVV visa on behalf of the host family. Applying for MVV-visa including visacosts € 900.
• WWA&N guarantees a waiting term of three weeks to arrange the complete visa procedure. In case it concerns a Filipino au pair, the waiting term will be 3 to 5 weeks. Unless the host family can’t supply us with the correct documents of themselves (work contract, employer’s declaration, etc.).
• WWA&N is charging the host families a monthly processing (placement) fee. This means: if an au pair will leave after 4 months, the host family only paid a processing fee of four months. All other NAPO agencies will charge the host families the full yearly processing fee before the au pair will leave her home country.
• WWA&N is experienced in placing au pairs since 1995 and works with reliable and professional agents abroad.
• WWA&N has the experience and the knowledge to guide and advise their host families and au pairs when needed.
• WWA&N is the only agency in the Netherlands, who will pick up the au pair on arrival to have introduction meeting. During this introduction the au pair will receive an information package and we will explain the au pair once more the guidelines and regulations, before the au pair goes to the host family. In practice it seems, that this results in less misunderstandings between host family and au pair during the au pair stay in the Netherlands.
• WWA&N interviews all her host families in their own homes. This means we know all our host families personally, which can be important in finding the right au pair candidate.
• WWA&N offers a mix of au pairs from different cultures, which helps to find the right au pair candidate for each host family.
• WWA&N offers host families with a PGB (persoonsgebonden budget) a health care program that can be fully declared to the Zorg Kantoor. We also have au pairs, who are willing to take care of handicapped children.
• WWA&N is a member of IAPA (International Au Pair Association) and the Dutch Au Pair Association NAPO.
