By sending in the application form, the host family is obligated to transfer the enrolment fee to our bank account. The enrolment fee is non refundable.

The interview fee is only refundable, if the interview will be cancelled from our site.

Host families living in the Amsterdam area will be charged a interview fee of € 100. There will be charged an additional amount of € 12,50 per 25 km. counted from Amsterdam, for host families who are living in a different area.  The maximum of the additional amount is € 60

Applying for MVV visa including visacosts.

Au Pair agencies are paying a commission for each applicant to their agents.  WWA&N will charge the host family € 30 per au pair as a contribution in this commission.

The host family must contribute € 200 in the travelling expenses of the au pair, unless the au pair paid less for the travelling expenses. The host family must pay this contribution to the au pair on arrival in Holland

About two week before arrival of the au pair in Holland, the host family must pay for the full cost of the travelling expenses, which is approximately  € 1460 euro. The au pair will pay back the host family € 575 on arrival in Holland. This means the contribution of the host family is approximately € 885.

The host family must contribute € 500 in the travelling expenses of the au pair, unless the au pair paid less for the travelling expenses. The host family must pay this contribution to the au pair on arrival in Holland. The contribution for au pairs from America, Canada and Australia is € 600.

WWA&N will charge the host family a monthly placement (processing fee) of 60 euro, which will be billed every three months. The bill for the first three months will be send to the family after the arrival of the au pair. WWA&N works on “no cure no pay” basis. In case the au pair will leave the family within three months, there will be no refund of the first three monthly placement fee. Leaving the family after three months, there will be refund calculated on daily basis.
When the au pair will stay for longer than one year with the host family, WWA&N will charge the host family a monthly fee of € 30 per month for the second year.

The host family is obligated to pay a minimum contribution of € 240 euro per year, when it concerns a Dutch language course, unless the au pair will do a course which will cost less than €240. In that case the host family will the exact cost of the language course. If the au pair decides not to do a language course, it is obvious that the host family is not paying any contribution to the au pair.

Au pairs who are not from the EU, America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Japan, must have a MVV visa before traveling to Holland. WWA&N will apply for the MVV visa for the au pair on behalf of the host family.

Au Pairs who come to the Netherlands on an MVV-visa, need to apply for the VVR-visa after arrival. WWA&N will help the hostfamily to apply for this visa.

Au Pairs with a passport from the EU, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Japan, can enter the Netherlands with the MVV-visa.
